My car had a hood rattle which was fixed, and also still has a center console rattle. More then I expected from a $52k caddy as well.
The whine you hear from the rear is the rear differential......

Lingenfelter sells them or you can order them...
Lingenfelter sells them or you can order them from GM Racing direct. They run about $275 IIRC.
Combined with the BMR anti-wheel hop kit, they eliminate the wheelhop at stock or near stock power...

The first thing I would suggest would be the BMR anti-wheelhop kit, as well as the GM Racing "Locking rings" (just delryn bushings)
That will cure the wheelhop, which should be priority...
