I doubt it, the STS-V is a bit wider I believe. I agree it is a cool hood though. There are a couple of aftermarket hoods available for the CTS-V. Check out some pictures at www.cadillacfaq.com

Also can you describe the difference between your CAG and the Ligenfelter version? Ligenfelter appears to be a set of caps while yours appears to be an inline diverter of sorts.
