Ziplicon Tuesday Hey chodas - go under the general discussion forum for the same topic - you'll find much more info about this.

chodas I am so glad I found this site. To hear of all the complaints, I thought for sure I bought a lemon. I brought my car back for service the first week I had it and claimed that possibly a u joint or the tail shaft trans mount had broke. I got the same response from the service department that you guys are saying " thats normal". Normal, thats crap. Speaking of being embarrassed, I hate driving down my subdivision street its sounds horrible.
General Motors do something about it!

Clunking shift noise

I'm told the clunking noise when shifting in low gears is normal but I can't stand it. Anyone tried the BMR pinion support brace that is to correct this?
