I've been wondering how many CTS-V's are being built a year. Also, how can we find out what number CTS-V we have that was built that year. For example, is my CTS-V no. 450 of 5000 units made for 2005?

I test drove a black one a couple of weeks ago.. and was really impressed!!

I've heard 2500 for MY 2004, and 5000 for MY 2005. I will see about contacting someone at GM about deciphering the VIN numbers and getting the true build numbers.
