A fix for my boring interior.

I have a 2007 that I just picked up a few weeks ago with 8500 miles. I love the car, best transportation I have ever had. However, I have decided that the area of the car I am satisfied with least is the interior. I have many mods planned such as alcantara headliner and pillars, some more suede on the door padding to match the seat inserts and a softer leather shift boot. What I am really looking for is something to fix the ugly center NAV/Audio center as well as a new shift knob to go along with the katech shifter I purchased. Has anyone done anything really interesting but subdued to the interior. Let me know.

To make its look beautiful you can paste some wooden finishing stickers. I think it will make its look quite good.
