How are the CTS V's holding up?

I drove a V when they first came out and loved it. I decided it was not yet the right time to buy one, but am thinking about buying a used one now. How are they holding up? Safe to buy one wiht 50,000 miles? How many total miles can I expect out of a car it is not worth keeping? Thanks.
