Dte Stage V- Hang On

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WHAT A RUSH!!! Phil and his crew did an awsome job on my car. The first time I ran it through the gears, I hit the rev limiter in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. This thing really ROCKS.... I had to learn how to drive it with all this power and tq. I checked the fuel millage on a 20 mile stretch of country highway and with the cruise set at 63 mph and small hills it averaged 27.6 mpg. The 90 mile total trip with quite a few hard runs was 24.2. That is awsome for a heavy car with 420.6 rwhp and 399.5 rwtq. The idle is just what I wanted, mild lope with an awsome sound. If you guys want some real power and great fuel millage I would strongly recomend you call Phil at DTE and see what he can do for you. This is the fastest car I have ever owned and love it more everytime I drive it. Again, thanks to Phil and his crew for an outstanding job on my car, it is everything I had hoped for and more...

Sorry guys, I've been out enjoying my car and the great weather. If you read this post from DTE you will see what all has been done to the car.https://www.vseries.net/forums/showthread.php?t=164 I will try to post some pictures or a sound clip if I can figure out how to do that. I also installed the BMR anti-wheel hop kit and pinion support. Also I have replaced the tires and installed Hawk brake pads which almost eliminated the brake dust. The car is running great and a blast to drive.
