As most enthusiasts I make my car purchase decisions on performance and budget. I hate to see good performance buys be dismissed just because they're domestic, it drives me nuts. All the guys that hate on the 2003 SVT cobra... name one import that comes close the bang for the Buck tuning potential(besides the TTsupra that they no longer sell)? Same goes for the srt-4 and the CTS-v these are all great cars that sell for cheaper than there import counterparts. All I'm saying is don't be so set in your ways: give domestics a chance, we really are starting to make some good performance cars.
I cant agree with you more. I have owned makes and models of all brands of cars. From performance Buicks and Fords, to performance imports such as my Supra. -- I see value in a car, regardless of who makes it.
The new CTS-V looks very promising to me. I dont see a problem with it slaughtering a Spec-V -- To say otherwise, is retarded.
However, there is a huge price difference between the two as well.
Just like the SRT-4 is an awesome bang for the buck car, much more so then other imports out on the market such as the S2000, the Spec V, RSX, etc.
However, to bring this back to specific Caddy stuff -- in 6 months, we wont even be arguing
Cadillac will show what we all know they can.
