Unhappy Sound System in the "V"

How do I get more "bass" out of the Bose system?

I'm not a huge bass fan, so the stock system has enough bass for my tastes.

I'll try the obvious question, and that is you have tuned the equalizer right?

Yes, I've custom adjusted the audio for my tastes.....I just rented a "Neon" in Florida with more bass than my "V" (I don't want a "boom box"....I agree with you on not being a big bass fan.....just a bit more)

Thanks

You could always add a small sub. What I want to know is.... why doesnt the factory player play MP3's? I mean... its not like you can just replace the stereo easily, so adding mp3 functionality is going to be quite a hack.

I agree fully about the MP3 situation..my son has a 1991 Ranger, with an aftermarket radio....it CAN play MP3. I also agree about "hacking".....I don't want to do that. I wish GM would offer an option. I go back and pay for it if it was available.
