Looking to buy

Hi All ,
I am looking at an 04 platinium CTS-V Certified with 6K miles . The V lacks the roof . What kind of things beside the regular things should I be on the look out for . What kind of price should they sell for .

I'd be looking to pay very low 40's for that unit with that mileage. I cant of anything out of the ordinary that you'd need to be on the lookout for.
