Has anyone seen an XLR on the road yet? Word is, a few of them are floating around. I'd love to see some 'real world' spy shots of this thing.

A friend of mine is just under the plant manager in Bowling Green KY where these are being built @ the Corvette plant. In May during the Buick Nationals (held in BG KY each year) he brought one out to one of our tech sessions and showed it off.

They are nice. 320HP , was featured on Car & Driver TV show today on Spike TV. They gave it a bad review cause of the hp and the reaction when you hammer it. What do these geeks expect, it's a sports car for crying out loud. I'd expect some jerking, tire spinning and reaction from the throttle. They said it's not refined enough,

GEEKS....., (rolls eyes)

There has been several roaming the streets of BG KY and Nashville TN being driven by GM employees for the last several months.

Yah, I'm familiar with BG -- I used to have a T-Type -- and I plan to get a GN here real soon as well, I really miss it. The way the car works is very logical, O2 mv's, knock count, little fuel pressure here, some more timing there, very neat stuff. Very logical, my brain understands Buick stuff well :)
