Sounds good, I was however hoping to install

something by labor day weekend.

on a side note has anyone had problems with

D3 spark plugs. I have some questions if you

guys don't mind answering them.

I really wish I could. I am sworn to secrecy until then.

What issues are you having with the plugs? I don't have their's installed but I installed NGK TR6 gapped at 0.032" while running 16lbs of boost. Are you experiencing misfires?

Hey Coach,

I bought
D3's tourqemaster plugs and installed them, also picked up a tune box
from them. It seemed like the car ran a little rougher but wasn't too bad.
The problem I had was I went head to head with a stock 5.0 mustang which
I have beaten easily in the past (my Boss's car). This time he left me like he was in a twin turbo carrera. I had plenty of boost but no hp. Supercharger had some rattling noise coming from it so I took it to the dealer and the tech reflashed ecu and said the car was fine. Got in the car started it and had same noise so I revved it to 1500 rpm and it would jump all over from 1000
to 1800. Had the tech come out and explain to me how could the car be just
fine when the rpm is jumping through that range. He said that is the nature
of a supercharged engine and good luck. Basically I told him he was full of
something and I would correct it myself. After that I went home and pulled all
the plugs, put my old ones back in and now I have full power again.

Talked to D3 to see if they might have given me the wrong plugs. James said
he would look into it and call me back, as of yet they wont give me an answer.

If you know someone with their plugs could you find out the part number so
i can cross reference it with mine. All the D3 plugs were wet with fuel and had arcing on the electodes. Now I'm looking at Pulstar Iridium pulse plugs.

Thanks for any info you might have.

You will want the AD-1 gapped at .025

You have your plugs gapped at 0.025"? How is that working for you? Any issues so far, I gapped mine based off the cobra's plug gap was and what Bob Stiegimeier suggested for my setup. It seems to be working pretty good. I wondered about closing the gap a little more but it seems to be doing pretty well now. I thought the factory gap was something like 0.047" or higher but I may be wrong. I'll have to dig through my paperwork to find out. I know the factory plugs looked horrible when I replaced them.

I have heard mixed reviews about torquemaster plugs. I would try another set of plugs and gap them between 0.025"-0.035". If your car is misfiring or running rough adjust the gap accordingly.

.025 is what Pulsestar recommend for us. I have not used them yet. They are sedning me a set to test out for them.
