Should I get the Corsa or the BB? I want the most gain, but dont want the noise to be overpowering.

I'm telling you, Borla all the way!

(the Corsa exhaust will probably have a tamer note than the B&B)

I'll look into the Borla then :)

Big Joe, I was allways very happy with Corsa. I`ve had them on my 98/00 and 02 Vette and now on my XLR.

The Corsa get`s out of the Nort* engine a very good sound, don`t know about the LS2 engine.

Thanks for the info Hans, but the overwhelming majority of people I've talked to have also suggested the Borla.

No problem Big Joe,

I think the aftermarket exhaust of Borla and Corsa are not so much different and you know, the guy who got the Borla on prefers that one - the on with the Corsa on prefers his. lol....lol

If you get one let me know which one you took!

I agree with you Hans... except I can't ever make up my mind on which exhaust I prefer on the C5. I keep switching between Borla's with resonators and a Titanium muffler setup (stock Z06). The long tubes are almost to loud for me through the Borla cat-back.

Well, torchredfrc special on the C5 I loved my Corsa Indy exhaust, got my Corsa new in 99 on my 98 C5, put it on my 01 C5 vert and even on my 02 C5 vert. This was the two mufflers with dual outlets and over the axle pipe.

On my XLR the Corsa starts right after the catalic converter and I love it :D

Well, I just got back from my Caddy Dealership and they had a CTS-V with the Corsa exhaust on it and I must say it sounded REALLY REALLY good. :D
It was throaty but not too obnoxious. It's $1,550.00 from the dealership installed.

Now I'm torn since I have yet to hear the Borla, with the Corsa sounding so nice.

Big Joe, get it and IŽll bet you`ll be very happy with it. I can find out the price of it from Jim Browning Jr., thats the son of the CP owner. I got a good price out of him and had it shipped here to Germany. Installation will take about 1 hour, the fit is perfect!

Have a nice weekend and enjoy your Veeeeeeee ;)

I have a 2006 Corsa. IT HAS A GREAT SOUND and helps out with a bit more power.
However on Sat this past week I had my CTS-V power tuned. WOW now it sounds fabulous and had a Gain of 50 HP from 3800rpm t0 5600 and 396 tq at the rear wheels. Total gain at 6200rpm 35hp
Car runs better and smoother. What a kick iin the pants

I only say 360 because (and I can't really tell if they are or not from this pic) the 430's have F430 embossed on the side view mirrors. Either way, both cars are amazing and hopefully I'll be driving a Ferrari someday. :D
