Torch 05-30-2005, 03:20 PM I am new to this forum, just found it. I have an interest in getting a CTS-V when they offer it with the auto like the STS-V. Any information when this is going to happen? I currently own a 01 Z06 and want a nice auto for the 4 door ride. I follow the C6R team and the Cadillac team at the races. Go C6R, go Cadillac! Bob carpe dm 06-08-2005, 08:36 AM Welcome! Check out the other CTS-V sites too. I would like to have an auto as well, because we use our V regularly and often for cross country trips. I know it is heresy to some, but I have found that I can drive an auto faster than a six speed, and know that would be true with most people if they were honest with themselves. I have had shift and auto Corvettes for many years, and prefer the A4s. GM is unlikely to put an auto in soon; perhaps when they get the new six-speed auto (Corvette) perfected, they will use it in the V.
