Would they fit? Would they alter the drive ratio too much? Would they look cool?

They will fit, they will not alter your drive ratio (assuming you purchase the wheel/tire combo in the same diameter), they will look amazing but they will cost you a fortune. I really liked the selection of 20" CTS wheels gmpartsdirect.com has listed... unfortunatly they are 5 lug and not 6 so they won't work on the V.

19" Foose rims were originally on my car in the showroom. It's a nice chromed 6 or 7 spoke rim. Dealer wanted $6995 for the wheel/tire upgrade. Way too much! I laughed at the salesman and said please give me the stock rims and tires..

I am going to be painting my stock wheels black, and leaves those on in the winter.

Soon as spring hits, I am putting on a set of 20" HRE wheels. I am not sure of the OEM wheel weight, but these only weigh 25 lbs.
